At West Bridgford Therapy Rooms, we provide an innovative, simplified room rental service to professionals providing a range of therapies. Book now to secure a date and time to suit your business needs. When using our online booking system, it will allow you to book a date, time and room that you require. Please set up an account which will be very easy to login next time when making a booking. When making your booking you are required to make payment for your room upfront. In the event of Cancellation,we ask for a minimum of 48 hours cancellation. If you do need to cancel,you will be given credit against your name and we can move your booking to another date and time. Once you have booked one of our rooms, our clinic assistant will contact you with a copy of our terms and conditions. You will be asked to provide us with a copy of you insurance indemnity certificate and your governing body details. As we do not have a receptionist, our clinic assistant will send you a code which will allow you access into the Therapy Rooms where you will find your room and waiting area with refreshments for both you and your clients. We do hope you enjoy our facilities and we thank you for your business. Each room caters for a maximum of 3 persons at one time. Anymore than 3 persons is classed as a group booking.
